[AMERICANS ABROAD] American-born Isaac Acuna, who has been named to Mexico's preliminary roster for the Copa America, scored his third goal for Mexico First Division club Queretaro in the last month when he scored in its 2-1 win with Queretaro.

Acuna, who was born in the border town of Calexico, Calif., had scored twice in February for Queretaro. He joined the Gallos Blancos on loan from Club America for the Torneo Clausura.

Luis Fernando Tena called up Acuna and 21 other players for the first under-23 national team training camp that begins Monday for three days.
