[AMERICANS ABROAD] Clint Dempsey scored two goals to lead Fulham to a 3-0 victory over Bolton on Wednesday and break Fulham's Premier League scoring record with 33 goals in his EPL career.

Dempsey, who added to his American EPL single-season scoring record with 12 goals, breaks the mark held by fellow American Brian McBride and French midfielder Steed Malbranque (32 goals).

The third goal against Bolton was scored by Norwegian international Brede Hangeland -- who like Dempsey was born in Texas.

The win continued Fulham's fine form at Craven Cottage, where it has five wins and two ties in its last seven games to move into ninth place in the EPL.
