[WEEKLY HONORS] Antiguan international Peter Byers, who scored four goals in the first half of Barracuda FC's 7-0 victory over Puerto Rico United and helped it win two other games last week, was named the USL PRO Team of the Week. Montreal forward Ali Gerba and goalkeeper Bill Gaudette were named NASL Players of the Week following the Impact's 5-0 win on Sunday night in Edmonton.

Gerba was named Offensive Player of the Week after scoring two goals against FC Edmonton, his first two goals of the season, in the first half.

Gaudette earned the Defensive Player of the Week honor after making seven saves against FC Edmonton. The Impact has not allowed a goal in the last 235 minutes of play.
