* Two games drew more than 20,000 last week: Los Angeles for its Friday night scoreless tie with D.C. United and New York for a 1-1 tie with Columbus.
* With the high-drawing Pacific Northwest trio on road, Week 12 attendance dipped to 14,657 and 2011 the league-wide season attendance average fell to 17,244 -- just below the 17,406 mark for the highest full season average, set in MLS's inaugural 1996 season.
* Chivas USA hosted two games in Week 12, drawing 11,753 for a midweek 1-1 tie with Vancouver and 14,076 for a 1-0 win over Portland on Saturday.
