Slovak striker Adam Nemec of German club Kaiserslautern will be out of action for three months as he recovers from injuries suffered when he fell out of a cherry tree in his garden.
The 25-year-old fractured two vertebrae and his collarbone, and sustained a concussion. He will undergo an operation on the collarbone injury. Nemec played 24 Bundesliga games last season and scored three goals.
