Santa Clara Sporting cleans up at National Cup regionals

[U.S. CLUB SOCCER] Santa Clara Sporting won three titles at U.S. Club Soccer's National Cup X girls regionals that concluded this week in Modesto, Calif. Bad weather in Cincinnati forced the cancellation of all games on Monday at Clear Creek Park. U.S. Club Soccer was working to determine the best way to award berths to the National Cup X Finals from the regional.

National Cup X Regionals will continue through July 12 in a total of 10 cities. Regional-winning teams in the U-13 through U-17 age groups will play in the National Cup X Finals July 29-Aug. 1 in Boise, Idaho.
