[VIDEO PICK] An elderly man riding a mobility scooter wheelchair went after a Dutch league referee Edwin van der Graaf.

Van der Graaf, who showed six yellow cards to home team Oss in its 4-3 loss to Almere City, took a couple of hits on his way off the field after the Dutch second division game.

I in no way condone assault on a referee, no matter how badly he or she officiates, however, I do complain verbally, also, do all that I can to contact appropriate people to try an get the referee assessed for abiltiy to officiate at the appropriate level he or she is qualified for. We all must see that responsible, qualified officials are in place ..Coaches MUST file approprate papers to see that this is done. No one wants a win at the expense of poor officiating. It ruins the game for all..
