[AMERICANS ABROAD] Jozy Altidore, who scored twice in AZ's win over the weekend in the Dutch Eredivisie, added two more goals in its 6-0 win over Norway's Aalesund to breeze into the group stage of the Europa League. Meanwhile, Carlos Bocanegra scored for Scottish club Rangers, but its 1-1 tie at home against Slovenia's Maribor wasn't enough for it to avoid elimination.
