[ATTENDANCE WATCH] UC Santa Barbara's crowd of 13,772 for Friday's game against San Diego was its second largest crowd ever for a home game, ranking behind only the 15,896 fans who attended last season's UCSB match against UCLA.

They are the two highest crowds ever for a college regular-season game at a campus venue.

The regular-season attendance record is 22,512 fans, set on Oct. 30, 1980, when Saint Louis played SIU-Edwardsville for the Bronze Boot at Busch Stadium.

-- Saint Louis plays on campus now at Hermann Stadium, but the Billikens still draw. SLU and Missouri State played to a 1-1 tie Saturday night in front of 5,568 fans on Homecoming.

-- Connecticut sold out Morrone Stadium for its Big East game against St. John's. The seating capacity was increased to 5,100, and Husky fans were decked out in white helped "white out" the stadium.
