[DATEBOOK]Five berths in Euro 2012 will be decided on Tuesday, the final day of group play. For a look at what's at stake and all the viewing information ....

Here's how the groups still in play look:

Group B:Russia is in the driver's seat needing only a point Tuesday against tiny Andorra to hold off Ireland and Armenia.

Group D:France only needs a tie with Bosnia at home on Tuesday to clinch. Bosnia needs a win to take the group crown.

Group F:Greece took a two-point lead over Croatia with a 2-0 win on Friday in Athens. Having won the tiebreaker with Croatia, Greece will clinch first place with a win or tie at Georgia or if Croatia doesn't beat Latvia at home.

Group H:Portugal and Denmark are tied for first place heading into Tuesday's game in Copenhagen. The Portuguese won the first game, 2-0. The first tiebreaker is head-to-head so they qualify if they beat or tie Denmark. The Danes need to win.

Here's how the second-place races look:

Wild-card:The second-place team with the best record gains an automatic berth into the finals. The other eight pair off in playoffs to be played in November. In the six groups with six teams, the results of the second-place team against the last-place team are thrown out.

Sweden will clinch the wild card if it beats the Netherlands, winner of its first nine games, at home on Tuesday. Four teams have a chance of claiming the wild-card berth: Denmark or Portugal (16 points), Sweden (15) and Croatia (13).

Playoff berths: Montenegro clinched a berth in November's playoffs. Sweden has clinched no worse than a berth in the playoffs. France or Bosnia (Group D), Greece or Croatia (Group F) and Denmark or Portugal (Group H) are assured of making the playoffs. The second-place team in the four other groups will be decided on Tuesday.
