[WEEK 10 RESULTS] Virginia Tech’s Kelly Conheeney scored in the 50th minutes to give the Hokies a 1-0 win over then-No. 7 North Carolina. It marked the second straight trip to Blacksburg for the Tar Heels when they finished on the wrong end of a 1-0 score against an unranked Virginia Tech team. The win moved the Hokies, winners of four of their last five matches, into the Top 25 at No. 25.
