[FRANCE-USA] France will be without Manchester City star Samir Nasri for Friday's game against the USA at the Stade de France. Veteran defender Eric Abidal will miss the game because he is with Barcelona for Wednesday's Spanish Cup match, and at least three other Bleus are uncertain for Friday.

The 24-year-old Nasri withdrew from the team after tests were done on his inflamed knee at the French training center in Clairefontaine.

Abidal is expected to join the Bleus on Thursday and play on Tuesday against Belgium.

Yohan Cabaye, Florent Malouda and Loic Remy are all recovering from injuries, and only Remy trained on Tuesday.

Coach Laurent Blanc might call in reinforcements on Wednesday.
