[AMERICANS ABROAD] Jozy Altidore's AZ saw its 26-game unbeaten streak at home end when it fell to Heracles, 4-2, in overtime in the semifinals of the KNVB Cup on Thursday night.

Altidore played the first 45 minutes before going off with AZ ahead 2-1.

Heracles then equalized on Kwame Quansah's goal in the 66th minute and won on overtime goals by Thomas Bruns and Ninos Gouriye to earn its first ever trip to the KNVB Cup final.

AZ leads the Eredivisie and is also still alive in the Europa League.
