[VIDEO PICK] Herculez Gomez made it seven goals in his last five games, scoring on a powerful header off a corner kick to the far post in Santos' 2-0 win over Queretaro.

The goals was his fifth league goal of the Torneo Clausura and ninth overall since joining Santos from Estudiantes Tecos, which looks doomed to be relegated.

Santos is tied for first place with Morelia.

Mr. Klinsman, paging Mr. Klinsman. Mr. Gomez is on line "he deserves to be called up."
