[DATEBOOK] There will indeed be an American presence to Saturday's semifinals of the Concacaf under-23 championship at Livestrong Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kan. Mexico will meet Canada and El Salvador will face Honduras with berths at the London Olympics going to the winners.
