[NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION] The New England Revolution under-17 finished sixth at the 2012 Future Champions Guateng Tournament, falling to the Orlando Pirates of
South Africa, 4-2, in its final match of the tournament. Despite the loss, the Revolution is the highest ranked American team in Future Champions history.
Guy Kabala and Declan McCabe, who have both spent time in the U-17 residency program, scored against the Pirates.
The Revs earned
their only victory with a 1-0 win against Aspire, the famous Qatari youth program. Danny Apajee had the lone goal.
