    OPEN NOTE TO EDITORS OF SA: Would you, could you, PLEASE clarify why there always "seems" to be teams OMITTED from the far west region? To see only ONE team from Stockton, California, tells me that there are no other teams worthy of any sort of ranking. Please explain.
