[DATEBOOK] Ties have been the norm in the NASL in the early season. Wednesday's two games both ended in ties -- 0-0 between Puerto Rico and FC Edmonton and 1-1 between Tampa Bay and Carolina -- making it six draws in the first 10 games of the season. Five of the eight teams are still undefeated, including first-place Puerto Rico and Carolina, which meet Saturday at Bayamon Soccer Complex. The Islanders are playing at the tiny facility while renovations at Juan Ramon Loubriel Stadium are finished. They drew only 520 fans for Wednesday's game with FC Edmonton. For all the action ...
