[VIDEO PICK] Last year, Radamel Falcao scored the only goal to lead Porto to a 1-0 win over Braga in the Europa League final. On Wednesday, the Colombian international did it again, scoring two goals to lead Atletico Madrid to a 3-0 win over Athletic Bilbao in the 2012 final in Bucharest.

Falcao's brilliant first-half double took his tally to 12 goals this season.

He became the first player to win successive Europa League/UEFA Cups with different teams.

Brazilian Diego scored the third goal late in the second half.
