[AMERICANS ABROAD] Herculez Gomez's expected call-up to the U.S. national team will have to wait as Santos rallied with two goals in the last four minutes from teammate Oribe Peralta and tied Tigres, 2-2, to move into the final of Mexico's Torneo Clausura against Monterrey in a replay of this year's Concacaf Champions League final.     Could someone please explain how if Tigres and Santos ended up 3-3 on aggregate, how Santos advanced to the finals?
