[EURO 2012 COUNTDOWN] After Gareth Barry and Frank Lampard, defender Gary Cahill became the third England player to be ruled out of Euro 2012 in a week when he was lost with a double fracture of his jaw after he was pushed into goalkeeper Joe Hart during the first half of Saturday's 1-0 win over Belgium at Wembley. Liverpool's Martin Kelly has been called up as a replacement for Cahill. The big losers on the field were Portugal, which was whistled off the field at home after it lost to Turkey, 3-1, and Italy, which fell to Russia, 3-0.
