[SCOREBOARD] The Puerto Rico Islanders took over first place in the NASL with a 2-1 win at the Atlanta Silverbacks thanks to a pair of goals by Jamaican Nicholas Addlery. The win came two days after the Islanders qualified for their fifth successive appearance in the Concacaf Champions League with a 2-0 victory of Antigua Barracuda FC. The San Antonio Scorpions, who had not lost since the second game of their expansion season, had their nine-game unbeaten streak snapped when they gave up two goals in the last two minutes and fell at the Tampa Bay Rowdies, 3-2.
