UEFA fined the German soccer federation (DFB) $31,200 because fans displayed a neo-Nazi flag at a European Championship match.
The DFB has paid fines totaling $50,000 for German fans'
"improper conduct," including "inappropriate" chants and setting off fireworks.
Monitors from the Europe-wide FARE fans' group identified the neo-Nazi symbol after being appointed to help
find offensive flags, chants and behavior in Euro 2012 stadiums.
