Houston Dynamo president Chris Canetti is happy to have Ricardo Clark back with the MLS club.
Clark, who
played on the 2010 U.S. World Cup team, returned to MLS after spending the last two and a half years in Europe, first with Germany's Eintracht Frankfurt and more recently on loan to Norway's Stabaek.
He has remained on the Dynamo's radar, however, and a deal has been reached for him to rejoin the Dynamo.
“We never wanted to lose Ricardo in the first place,” Canetti said.
“We thought he was one of our top players and we, of course, have his image on a pillar in Houston. So he was not only a good player but a popular player. He’s a good player with good
pedigree and hopefully he can come back to Houston and make contributions and help lead us through the playoffs again.”
