An article in the NY Times said that some satellite networks and Comcast will carry the games (see link below). I called Comcast, and the person I spoke to thought that it would be activated in my area (Western PA) on Friday, so I'm crossing my fingers...

Why does US Soccer allow Bein Sports to show our National Team Games? What's wrong with ESPN Sports, Fox Soccer! We get more support for our US team when we all can watch them compete. Not everyone has Bein Sports!

New York Buddha Beer Bar 4476 Broadway (between 190th & 192nd Street) (646) 861-2595 This is in Manhattan, not Brooklyn. Also, it is AT 191st St. (which is between 190th and 192nd) Woodwork on Vanderbilt at Dean St. (which IS in Brooklyn) will also be showing the game.

To my friend Bobby B., the BEIN Sports network can out bid any US TV/Cable network for the rights fee any time. You need to understand that the host country's soccer federation of any game in WC Qualifying owns the rights, and can sell them to whatever TV network will pay them the most. NO US TV/Cable company is going to OUTBID ARAB OIL MONEY, money that is coming from the USA. So its so important to grow electric car use in the USA to cut down Arab Oil imports!!!!

Does anyone know where in the Coachella Valley, ie, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Palm Springs it might be showing? I have cable, and cant believe we won't be getting a US National Team qualifier here. Ridiculous.
