Anchored defense that allowed just nine shots in 3-1 win over Columbia and 2-0 Big East win over DePaul.
Ashani Samuels (Mercer ), Soph.
Scored twice in 4-0 win over UNC Asheville and added assist in 2-1 win at ETSU to open Atlantic-Sun season.

Carlos Alvarez (Connecticut), Sr.
Assisted on both goals in 2-0 win over Yale and had goal and assist in 2-1 win over Notre Dame.
Ryan Hollingshead (UCLA), Sr.
Had assist in 3-1 win at Stanford and goal and assist in win by same score at California.
Tim Lazorko (St. Joseph’s), Fr.
Had first collegiate goal in 1-0 win at Bucknell, snapping Bison’s five-game winning streak, and registered game-tying goal in 2-1 win over Loyola (Md.).

Erik Hurtado (Santa Clara), Sr.
Scored goals in 2-0 win over San Diego and 1-0 victory over Loyola Marymount to give him three consecutive game-winning goals for Broncos.
Hakan Ilhan (UNC Greensboro), Sr.
Assisted on all four goals -- all in the first half -- in 4-0 win over Davidson to match 31-year-old school record and had winner in 1-0 win over Appalachian State.
Isaac Ikyurav (Sacramento State), Jr.
Helped Sac State to 2-0 start in Big West action, scoring game-winning goal at UC Irvine (2-1) and assisting on golden goal in win at Cal State Northridge (1-0).
Cristian Mata (Tulsa), Fr
Had both goals in 2-0 win over ranked Creighton and assist on 2-0 victory over Marshall.
Charlie Rugg (Boston College), Sr.
Had two goals and assist in 4-2 win over Rhode Island and goal and assist in 2-1 win over N.C. State.
