Sirius XM Radio  has created a new channel, SiriusXM FC, dedicated entirely to soccer. It's set to launch on Monday at Channel 94 and will offer listeners 24-7 soccer talk and play-by-play. The channel will also be available on the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for smartphones and other mobile devices and online at SiriusXM.com.

Fans will have access to live play-by-play broadcasts from the English Premier League (via talkSPORT) and UEFA Champions League and FA Cup (provided by Fox Soccer).

(Click here for upcoming matches on SiriusXM FC, beginning with the weekend of Oct. 20-21.)

Talk shows will include:

-- The Football Show, hosted by John Harkes, former player/coach Ray Hudson, Charlie Stillitano and Neil Barnett every weekday morning at 7:00 a.m. ET.

-- Men in Blazers, hosted by Michael Davies and Roger Bennett, will air Mondays and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. ET.

-- Harkes and his former teammate and fellow Kearny, N.J. product, Tony Meola, will host Counter Attack weekday afternoons at 5:00 p.m. ET.

-- MLSsoccer.com’s Extra Time Radio show, covering MLS with hosts Greg Lalas and Nick Firchau, will air on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:00 pm ET.

The SiriusXM FC daily lineup will also feature several programs from Britain's talkSPORT, including the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, Drivetime with Darren Gough and Adrian Durham, Kick Off, Extra Time, and Weekend Sports Breakfast with Micky Quinn and Mark Saggers.

In addition, SiriusXM FC will also carry Fox Soccer News, Fox Soccer’s nightly news and highlights show airing at 10:00 pm ET.

WAHL JOINS FOX SOCCER. Sports Illustrated’s Grant Wahl will be a weekly contributor on Fox Soccer’s studio and news shows, beginning with the USA-Guatemala World Cup qualifier on Tuesday in Kansas City. Wahl, who was a daily contributor for Fox Soccer during the 2012 European Championship, will report from New York on such shows as Goals On Sunday and Fox Soccer News.

BEIN SPORT UPDATE. BeIN SPORT, the new soccer network that has rights to La Liga in Spain, Serie A in Italy and all away U.S. World Cup 2014 qualifiers except a potential Mexico game, added Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico. Comcast remains the only U.S. cable system to pick up the new network (mostly available with only the Spanish-language network, beIN Sport en Espanol).
