[CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Week 6] The Houston Dynamo and Real Salt Lake can clinch berths in the semifinal round of the Concacaf Champions League on Tuesday. The Dynamo will win its group with a win or tie against Olimpia of Honduras. RSL's path is a little more complicated. It needs to beat Costa Rican champ Herediano either 1-0 or by at least two goals.

RSL will be without leading-scorer Alvaro Saborio, who is suspended for Tuesday’s match due to yellow card accumulation. RSL could also be without two other starters, Argentine forward Fabian Espindola and Colombian center back Jamison Olave. Both players picked up slight injuries in last week’s 0-0 draw at Seattle and are questionable for the Herediano match.

Houston coach Dominic Kinnear will have to decide who to start and who to rest with Saturday's MLS season finale at the Colorado Rapids in mind. The Dynamo is fifth in the Eastern Conference and will know by the time its game kicks off whether it has a chance to overtake the Chicago Fire and New York Red Bulls for third place and thus avoid a play-in game. (Houston will need for the Fire to lose at home to D.C. United and the Red Bulls not to win at the Philadelphia Union and then need to go out and beat the Rapids.)

STANDINGS:
Group 1:
Santos 9 points; Toronto FC 6; Aguila 0.
Group 2: Herediano 9 points; Real Salt Lake 6; Tauro FC 0.
Group 3: Houston Dynamo 7 points, Olimpia 4; FAS 3.
