[BIG TEN TOURNAMENT] Top-seeded Penn State moved into the Big Ten Tournament semifinals with a 2-0 win over Iowa. Nittany Lion goalkeeper Erin McNulty was the star, making a career-high 14 saves.

Penn State scored on goals by sophomore Emily Hurd thanks to a beautiful setup by Big Ten Forward of the Year Maya Hayes and Maddy Evans' header off Big Ten Freshman of the Year Raquel Rodriguez's corner kick.

-- The Nittany Lions will face No. 5 Illinois on Friday in a rematch of last year's tournament title game. The Illini rallied from two goals down on goals by Aliina Weykamp and Niki Read to tie Minnesota, 2-2, and then win the shootout, 3-2.

-- No. 3 seed Michigan beat Wisconsin, 2-0, on second-half goals by Holly Hein and Nkem Ezurike.

-- Second-seeded Ohio State advanced after edging seventh-seeded Nebraska, 1-0, on Ellyn Gruber's header.
