[FC DALLAS COMPLEX] The three artificial turf fields at the FC Dallas Stadium complex will be replaced.
The Dallas Business Journal reported that Fort Worth-based Paragon Sports Constructors has signed a four-year agreement with the
MLS team by which it will become the exclusive synthetic-turf construction partner. Tom Jones, vice president for complex management at the stadium, said the firm was selected because of its
reputation in the area and ability to provide soccer-specific turf. No financial terms of the agreement were released.
The current fields will be removed, the drainage system excavated
and the stone base rebuilt before the new synthetic surfaces are installed. Work has begun on Field 3, which under terms of the agreement will feature branded logos of Paragon Sports Constructors.
