[WINTER SHOWCASE: U-17/18s] Georgia United, winner of its three games by a margin of 15-0, was the dominant U-17-18 team at the Development Academy's Winter Showcase that ended Monday. Four other U-17-18 teams swept their three games: Baltimore Bays, Concorde Fire, New England Revolution and North Meck.

-- Georgia United went into the Showcase with a 2-4-1 record and only four goals in seven games, but it pounded Santa Cruz County Breakers (7-0), Real Colorado (5-0) and FC Westchester (3-0). Amiri Abraham, who leads Georgia United with five goals, had a hat trick in the win over Real Colorado

-- The Revs improved to 8-2-0 and are in second place in the Northeast Division after their sweep in Florida. Dominik Machado scored one goal – the lone goal in the 1-0 win over PA Classics -- and recorded three assists during the Showcase. Peguy Ngatcha also proved to be a key contributor, scoring one goal and adding one assist. The Revs' U-17-18s and U-15/16s went 5-1-0 – their best tournament performance in their five-year history.

-- The Bays are now 9-2-1 after wins over Solar Chelsea (3-2), South Carolina United Battery Academy (3-0) and Minnesota Thunder Academy (4-2). Yaw Amankwa's two goals give him a team-high 12 goals in 12 games.

-- Concorde is now 7-3-0 after sweeping its games against San Diego Surf (4-3), Crossfire (3-1) and Montreal Impact (3-1).

-- North Meck was only 1-5-2 going into the weekend but it swept South Central Premier (1-0), Nomads (2-1) and FC Bolts Celtic (3-0).
