Five for Friday

[VIDEO PICK: Golazos] Today’s clip has 90 seconds of rollicking music with five goals from around the globe, and it will have you itching to kick off your weekend.

The title of this video is “Top 5 goals from around the world,” but it sounds much cooler in its native French tongue.

In order of appearance these goals come from: Scotland, Portugal, Australia, Israel and another from down under.

The only prominent player, or team, is Joao Moutinho of FC Porto. The highly sought after Portugese star who may be the world’s best midfielder not plying his trade in Spain, Italy, England or Germany.

But that’s enough geography. It’s Friday.

Time to locate a libation and put on some dancing shoes, or lace up your cleats and put on your game face, whichever you prefer. Although we recommend choosing one or the other, both gets dicey.

Now press play, enjoy yourselves, and don’t forget to thrive carefully ...

Nice stuff, Sir Charles. Only problem is I couldn't view the video for some reason, so I had to hit the link and go to the site to see it. At any rate, thanks for getting my Friday going. The music is great--almost better than the goals themselves!
