[DATEBOOK] The USA will open its home schedule in the 2013 Hexagonal with a game against Costa Rica March 22 at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City,
Colo. (kickoff: 10 p.m. ET, TV: ESPN). The game will follow training in the Denver area that will allow the USA to also prepare for the game in altitude against Mexico March 26 in Mexico
City.
This will be the second World Cup qualifier hosted at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. In 2008, the U.S. gave six players their first cap in qualifying while cruising to a 2-0 win
against Guatemala to secure the top spot in its group in the semifinal round.
The USA opens play in the Hexagonal Feb. 6 against Honduras in an afternoon game in San Pedro Sula.
