[AFRICA CUP OF NATIONS] Mubarak Wakaso's penalty kick gave Ghana a 1-0 victory over Mali in Group B at the Africa Cup of Nations, but  he finds himself suspended for the Black Stars' final group game against Niger after he received a yellow card -- his second in two games -- for pulling his shirt over his head and displaying a T-shirt with the words "Allah is Great!''

FIFA rules prohibit players from wearing shirts displaying religious, political or commercial statements during a game.

The win moved the Black Stars into first place with four points. Mali is second with three.

The 0-0 tie in the Democratic Republic of Congo-Niger game was the third scoreless draw of the tournament and dropped the tournament scoring average to 1.5 goals a game.
