[PANAMA TRIANGULAR] The U.S. under-17 national team tied Panama's U-17s, 1-1, in a friendly game played Tuesday at the Estadio Agustin Sanchez in  La Chorrera. Back in the starting lineup, Junior Flores gave the USA a 1-0 lead on an assist by Rubio Rubin after five minutes but the Panamanians equalized on Ismael Diaz's goal in the 50th minute.

Both the USA (4-0) and Panama (2-0) had lost to Mexico's U-17s. The final match of the USA's trip to Panama will take place Friday against the U-20 team from local club Arabe Unido.

Panama City and La Chorrera will be the venues for the Concacaf Under-17 Championship April 6-19.

The Concacaf Under-17 Championship draw will be held on Tuesday at the Sheraton Hotel in Panama City.
