[AWARDS] Jordan Morris, who scored in Seattle Sounders U-17/18's 4-0 win against Cal Odyssey and 3-1 loss to the San Jose Earthquakes, was named U.S. Soccer Development Academy Player of the Week. Morris is tied for second in Development Academy scoring with 24 goals in 24 games played.

Morris recently was called into the U.S. U-20 training camp from April 22-29 in Carson, Calif. He played for Eastside FC through U-17 before joining the Sounders.

The 2012 Gatorade Washington State High School Player of the Year, Morris is heading for Stanford University in the fall.

Tied with Morris on 24 goals is Nicholas Pappacena of Weston FC U-17/18. The Vancouver Whitecaps' Brody Huitema is No. 1 with 25 goals.
