“Locker room banter gone wild!!! #SAW”

-- U.S. international Brek Shea's message on Instagram accompanying a photo (since deleted) of him posing with a severed pig's head in the Stoke City locker room. The pig's head was placed in the locker of Stoke City striker Kenywne Jones, who was so furious that he smashed the windscreen of teammate Glenn Whelan’s car with a brick. Stoke City was investigating whether Whelan had put the pig's head in Jones' locker, the latest in a series of pranks during the club's final week to the EPL season. (Michael Owen’s Mercedes C63 had been covered with egg and flour.)
