[HEXAGONAL COUNTDOWN] Cellar-dwellers Jamaica and Mexico both come into Tuesday's World Cup 2014 qualifier in Kingston -- moved up from June 18 to allow the Tri to head to Brazil for the Confederations Cup -- needing a win. The Reggae Boyz have two points -- and one goal -- in three games, while Mexico has tied all three qualifiers -- and all six matches it has played in 2013.

Tuesday's game -- which comes three days before the USA faces Jamaica at the National Stadium -- is a rematch of the Hexagonal opener in which Jamaica stunned Mexico with a 0-0 tie at Azteca Stadium -- a match Jamaica could have won with a little luck.

"I think most of the team will be disappointed that we haven't scored more goals," English-based winger Gareth McCleary told the Gleaner. "We have created a few chances, and I think if you ask anyone we are a bit disappointed. We got to take each game as it comes and, hopefully, we can start by getting a few goals against Mexico at home."

Mexico followed up its 0-0 tie against the Reggae Boyz with a 2-2 tie at Honduras -- a match it led 2-0 in the second half -- and another scoreless draw at home, this time against the USA.

Hexagonal Standings:

4 USA 1-1-1 2-2
