Movsisyan all but kills off Danish hopes

[WORLD CUP 2014 QUALIFYING: Europe] Yura Movsisyan, who was once considered a possibility to join the U.S. national team, scored two goals to lead Armenia to a 4-0 win over Denmark in Copenhagen and all but eliminate the Danes from contention for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

Movsisyan, who plays for Spartak Moscow, capitalized on a mistake by defender Simon Kjaer to score after only 27 seconds.

The Danes are tied for fourth with Armenia in Group B with just one win in six games, four points behind second-place Bulgaria and eight behind group leader Italy.

    A research project for someone and the makings of an interesting article. How many players with dual national eligibility have chosen not to play for the US National team? Of those players, how many of those could have made the US Team? Thanks
