[NASL REWIND: Week 11] Cesar Elizondo scored in the 89th minute to give the Carolina RailHawks a 1-1 tie at FC Edmonton before a record Clarke Stadium crowd of 3,474. The tie kept the Atlanta Silverbacks in first place, one point ahead of Carolina, and eliminated FC Edmonton from the title race for the spring championship.

-- Salvadoran international Richie Menjivar scored from the penalty spot in stoppage time to earn the visiting Silverbacks a 1-0 victory over the Fort Lauderdale Strikers Saturday and take over first place.

-- Hans Denissen's goal in the dying seconds gave the San Antonio Scorpions a 2-1 win at Tampa Bay before 4,595 fans. Blake Wagner put the visitors ahead in the 37th minute, but the Rowdies leveled in the 80th minute thanks to a powerful header from Carl Cort.
