[DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY: U-17/18s] De Anza Force and Shattuck St. Mary's Academy, the only unbeaten and untied teams after Day 2 at the Development Academy's Finals Week, meet Thursday in Houston to decide the Group 2 title. Albertson SC has the edge over their neighboring New York Red Bulls in Group 1, where both teams are 1-0-1, thanks to its edge in goal difference.

Nicholas Lima scored two late second-half goals to help De Anza Force rally for a 2-1 victory over the New England Revolution.

Peguy Ngatcha
scored a right-footed volley off of a corner kick in the 29th minute to give the Revs a 1-0 lead, but Lima scored an 80th-minute equalizer and the 86th-minute game-winner.

Ricardo Lopez-Espin twice in the second half and Michael Bajza added a goal on a penalty kick in the 57th minute to give Shattuck-Saint Mary’s Soccer Academy a 3-0 win over St. Louis Scott Gallagher Missouri. The Minnesota school has the edge on De Anza thanks to better goal difference.

Jeongho Ahn's hat trick gave Albertson SC a 5-0 win over the Seattle Sounders, who lost Duncan McCormick on a red card for two yellow cards in the 32nd minute. Junior Rosero and Andrew Tineri added goals in the 83rd and 84th minutes for Albertson, which leads Group 1 over the New York Red Bulls thanks to its significant plus-5 goal differential.

Ethan Decker scored an 80th-minute goal to give the New York Red Bulls a 1-0 win over the Vancouver Whitecaps and improve to 1-0-1.
