[EURO 2013] Host Sweden crushed Iceland, 4-0, for its first win in a Women's European Championship knockout match in 12 years, and five-time defending champion Germany scraped by Italy, 1-0, to set up their semifinal Wednesday in Gothenburg at Euro 2013.

Marie Hammarstrom gave Sweden the lead after three
minutes, Josefine Oqvist made it 2-0, and Lotta Schelin added a third goal as the hosts led 3-0 after only 19 minutes.
Schelin finished things off with her second goal as the hour mark approached in Halmstad.
Simone Laudehr's goal was enough to give Germany a win
over Italy in the quarterfinals for the second straight tournament.
The quarterfinals continue Monday with two games: France-Denmark and Norway-Spain.
