[PDL: Awards] Reading United AC and the Ottawa Fury led all teams with two players each on the 2013 All-PDL team. Damion Lowe (son of former Jamaican international Onandi Lowe) and midfielder Jason Plumhoff represent Reading, while goalkeeper Chad Bush and forward Carl Haworth were selected from Ottawa.
