[VIDEO PICK: Off the Post] On Saturday in Mexico some helpful teammates demonstrate how to score a beautiful own goal on their own goalkeeper immediately after he'd saved a penalty kick.

Speaking of embarrassing soccer moments, here’s some footage from Veracruz’s 3-2 victory over Cruz Azul.

Veracruz was ahead 3-1 at home in the closing minutes when its goalkeeper, Edgar Hernandez, gave away a penalty kick that could trim its lead to one. Christian Gimenez stepped up and offered a very weak effort for Cruz Azul that Hernandez saved with his shins, but the keeper’s Veracruz teammates were just getting started.
