[USL PRO REWIND: Week 22]The Richmond Kickers clinched the 2013 USL PRO regular-season title with a 2-0 win over Orlando City. Veteran Matthew Delicate scored both goals five minutes apart midway through the first half for the Kickers. Trinidad & Tobago international Kevin Molino missed a penalty kick for Orlando, which will be the No. 2 seed in the playoffs behind Richmond.
