[UNDER-17 WORLD CUP]Honduras, which knocked the USA out of the Under-17 World Cup finals for the first time, was drawn with the host United Arab Emirates, Brazil and Slovakia in Group A at the 2013 Under-17 World Cup, which will be played Oct. 17-Nov. 8. Concacaf champion Mexico will start its title defense in a group that includes Nigeria, Iraq and Sweden.

Canada, whose roster is dominated by players from the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency and Toronto FC Academy, and Panama, host of the 2013 Concacaf U-17 Championship, will be the other Concacaf representatives.

The tournament will be played in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah.

2013 Under-17 World Cup Draw:
Group A(Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah): United Arab Emirates, Honduras, Brazil, Slovakia
Group B (Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi): Uruguay, New Zealand, Ivory Coast, Italy
Group C (Fujairah, Sharjah): Croatia, Morocco, Panama, Uzbekistan
Group D (Sharjah, Fujairah): Tunisia, Venezuela, Russia, Japan
Group E (Dubai, Al Ain): Canada, Austria, Iran, Argentina
Group F(Al Ain, Dubai): Mexico, Nigeria, Iraq, Sweden
