Midweek soccer returns with the UEFA Champions League on new networks this season.

Fox Soccer is off the air, and Fox has moved its primary soccer events to the new Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2.

Match Day 1 features Manchester United against Germany’s Bayer Leverkusen live Tuesday from Old Trafford (2 p.m. ET) on Fox Sports 1. A half an hour later, Gareth Bale will make his European debut for Real Madrid against Turkish champion Galatasaray on Fox Sports 2.

Manchester City battles Viktoria Plzen in Czech Republic at 2:30 p.m. ET on Fox Soccer Plus, while defending champion Munich takes on CSKA Moscow at the same time on Fox Sports Networks. UEFA Champions League matches will be streamed on Fox Soccer 2Go.

Besides game coverage, Fox Sports 1 will provide pregame, halftime and post-game UEFA Champions League coverage hosted by Rob Stone with analysts Eric Wynalda, Warren Barton and Brian McBride at the Fox Network Center in Los Angeles. In addition, Dr. Joe Machnik to provide insight into the controversial referee decisions of all the matches. UCL coverage will pre-empt Fox Soccer Daily, the new live soccer show on Fox Sports 1.

The Fox networks will also carry the Concacaf Champions League on Tuesday and Wednesday and Europa League on Thursday.
