The win kept the Seminoles (11-0-3 overall and 6-0-2in the ACC) unbeaten on the year, running their streak to 14 games, tying the record set last year when FSU opened the 2012 campaign with 14 straight victories.
The Tar Heels, who outshotthe Wolfpack 26-1 and had a staggering 20-0 edge in corner kicks, improved to 11-2-0 overall and 5-2-0 in the ACC. They have already exceeded their win total from a year ago when they enteredthe NCAA Tournament at 10-5-2.
