[MLS PREVIEW: Week 32] Four MLS teams had a chance to clinch playoff berths on Wednesday night. None did. Sporting Kansas City and the Seattle Sounders will get a second chance to clinch over the weekend, but MLS could move into the final two weeks of the season with only one team -- the New York Red Bulls -- assured of a playoff berth.

Idle Sporting KC has the slightly better chance. it will clinch Saturday unless Chicago beats FC Dallas on the road or Philadelphia wins or ties at D.C. United.

The Sounders will clinch a berth in the playoffs if they win at Portland Sunday night. A Seattle win will also give it the Cascadia Cup. A Portland win or tie will give Vancouver its first Cascadia Cup in the MLS era.

Seattle is coming off a 5-1 loss at Colorado and 4-1 loss at home to Vancouver and might replace Austrian Michael Gspurning in goal with Marcus Hahnemann.
