On the eve of the biggest game in the Portland Timbers' short MLS history, "Tifo: Inside the Timbers Army" offers an inside look at why the Portland-Seattle rivalry is the biggest in MLS: the size and fervor of their fans, in this case the Timbers Army, Portland's independent supporters group.

The size and fervor extend to their tifos, the center piece for the documentary by Nick and Colin Barnicle -- sons of the well-known Boston journalist Mike Barnicle -- that examines what goes into the making of a Timbers Army tifo.

MLSSOCCER.COM AT THE PLAYOFFS.MLSsoccer.com is doing live pre- and post-game shows for every MLS playoff match with coverage from its New York studios and at MLS stadiums. Besides MLSSoccer.com's team of editors, analysts include former MLS players Cory Gibbs and Craig Waibel.

WEDNESDAY CONFLICTS.Neither of the second legs of the Eastern Conference finals will air on English-language national teams Wednesday because of conflicts. NBCSN airs NHL hockey, while ESPN and ESPN2 have the NBA and college football.

MLS Conference Semifinals, Leg 2:
Wednesday, November 6
New York vs. Houston, 8:00 p.m. ET (MSG; RDS2; UDN; Local TV)
Sporting KC vs. New England, 9:00 p.m. ET (KSMO; CSN-NE)

Thursday, November 7
Real Salt Lake vs. LA Galaxy, 9:00 p.m. ET (ESPN2 / ESPN Deportes)
Portland vs. Seattle, 11:00 p.m. ET (NBCSN; UDN)

WEEKEND LOOK AHEAD. Weekend coverage of the EPL will be highlighted by the match between first-place Arsenal and Manchester United Sunday at Old Trafford at 11:10 a.m. ET on NBCSN and Telemundo. With a victory at United, Arsenal would post its best-ever start to a Premier League season with 28 points in 11 matches.

COSMOS COUNTDOWN. One World Sports will air a series of New York Cosmos game rebroadcasts and other programming this week leading up to Saturday's NASL Soccer Bowl game at Atlanta that will air on ESPN3 and ESPN Deportes (kickoff: 7:30 p.m ET). All seven Cosmos home games will be re-shown with commentary by Shep Messing, analyst for New York Red Bull telecasts and a member of the old Cosmos in the 1970s. Two highlight shows and five episodes of “Cosmos Classics” featuring matches from that era will also be shown leading up to the Atlanta-Cosmos final. Twitter followers (@OneWorldSports) can participate in a daily contest throughout the week to win Cosmos merchandise and other items.
